DT OS.112/V8 Single chanel injector tester
The device “Diesel Tester OS.112/V8” is an electronic control unit of Common Rail injectors. It is an updated, improved model of the single-channel CR-tester, produced by Open System.
The new model of the tester, depending on the selected configuration, has the following features:
- Control of injectors manufactured by Bosch, Denso, Delphi, with an electromagnetic activator, Siemens, Bosch, Denso, Delphi with a piezoelectric activator, on a hand press, as a primary injector diagnostics, changing signal parameters using control buttons;
- Control of electromagnetic injectors in the mode of the activator when measuring the valve stroke when adjusting the injector;
- Control of injectors in the test bench, with automatic pressure maintenance (control of two regulators), control of the curtain of the measuring unit using the ARM-Diesel program;
- Computer control, work on the built-in test plans, the ability to create their own test plans, save the results, print the test report;
- Measurement of the RLC parameters of the injector.
