UIS Tester: a device for Unit Injector System diagnostics

The objective of UIS-Tester is testing and efficiency check of pump-injector (UIS-Unit Injector System) and individual high-pressure fuel pump with high-pressure solenoid valves (UPS-Unit Pump System). UIS-Tester allows you:

• To set control signal of electromagnetic high pressure valve;
• To measure the frequency of rotation of the cam shaft drive screw;
• To set the required number of cycles;
• To set presets mode for 5 control modes of electromagnetic valve;
• To put any value of the angle advance of the turning the electromagnetic valve on.
