Taxocounter OS.18: controller of injection pump test stand

Taxocounter OS-18.01 is designed to work in conjunction with an adjustment and testing stand of diesel fuel-injection high-pressure pumps DD 10-01. Taxocounter provides the following functions:

• It measures and displays the frequency of rotation of the main shaft of the stand;
• It counts a definite number of injection cycles and generates control signal of electromagnetic shutter dimensional block;
• It operates the strobe in the mode of angle setting the infusion start and the end of the fuel injection

Taxocounter OS-18.01 is designed to work in conjunction with an adjustment and testing stand of diesel fuel-injection high-pressure pumps with the asynchronous drives control MITSUBISHI, DELTA, TOSHIBA. Taxocounter provides the following functions:

• It measures and displays the frequency of rotation of the main shaft of the stand;
• It sets the frequency of rotation and supports it in constant limits;
• It counts a definite number of injection cycles and generates control signal of electromagnetic shutter dimensional block;
• It measures the temperature of the test fluid.

Controller “Injection pump stand”

The objective of controller “Injection pump stand” is to remove technological information with temperature sensors, pressure sensors, discrete (contact) sensors, sensors state transmission to the personal computer for its processing by the program "APM_Diesel"
