Tachocounter OS.18: controller of injection pump test stand

Tachocounter OS-18.01 is designed to work in conjunction with an adjustment and testing stand of diesel fuel-injection high-pressure pumps DD 10-01. Tachocounter provides the following functions:

• It measures and displays the frequency of rotation of the main shaft of the stand;
• It counts a definite number of injection cycles and generates control signal of electromagnetic shutter dimensional block;
• It operates the strobe in the mode of angle setting the infusion start and the end of the fuel injection

Tachocounter OS-18.01 is designed to work in conjunction with an adjustment and testing stand of diesel fuel-injection high-pressure pumps with the asynchronous drives control MITSUBISHI, DELTA, TOSHIBA. Tachocounter provides the following functions:

• It measures and displays the frequency of rotation of the main shaft of the stand;
• It sets the frequency of rotation and supports it in constant limits;
• It counts a definite number of injection cycles and generates control signal of electromagnetic shutter dimensional block;
• It measures the temperature of the test fluid.
