Diagnostic complex "Autoscanner"

Diagnostic Complex “Auto Scanner” is a 64-channel oscilloscope connected to a personal computer (LPT, USB). It allows you to display oscillograms of scanned waveform signal on the screen of your PC in real time, to measure their amplitude in the range 0-15V and time characteristics. Input resistance of the channel is more than 1.1 MOhm.

Complex “Auto Scanner” is optimized for testing and efficiency checks of half-mechanical electronic fuel injection systems:

Complex “Auto Scanner” is targeted for use in car service stations with a diverse fleet of repaired vehicles. A distinctive feature of the complex is to detect faults that can not be detected by traditional methods and devices, for example, devices such as "System Tester," “Reader error codes”, self-diagnosis car, etc. It does not require additional cartridges and other "gadgets", like diagnostic systems of western and Russian firms do. This is the most important difference between our equipment and foreign counterparts.

Complex “Auto Scanner” is connected with the help of diagnostic connector adapter to the electronic control unit (ECU). The main electric wiring connects to another jack adapter. The complex is a passive device and can not affect the vehicle operation. Diagnostic is made with the running engine in different operating modes of the car. As a result, you can see the real shape of the signals present on the ECU connector. With the shape of the signals we can conclude the failure of any sensor, fuel injectors or ECU.

At the moment the software includes a database with the configuration for more than 414 types of systems. The database is constantly updated. The absence of any system in a configuration database is not a limitation for diagnostics. A user can put the necessary configuration in the database if he has is. The complex is equipped with three diagnostic adapters 25, 35 and 55 contacts. It’s enough for diagnostics of absolute majority of vehicles equipped with electronic fuel injection system. Other adapters could be made if client wants. Personal computer is not included in the standard package.
